The day notice is given, we re-list. If a property exceeds 21 days vacant, the leasing fee is reduced - written into your management agreement.

We started McdManagement after years inside larger Sydney agencies, watching reasonable properties get treated like file numbers - left vacant for months, statements late, calls unreturned.

The idea, then, was simple. Keep portfolios small enough that property managers know the homes they look after. Write appraisals based on what the market actually pays, not what wins the listing. Send statements that anyone can read without a glossary.

Ten years on, three hundred and twenty properties on the books, we have not departed from those three rules. We do not expect to.

Onboarding

Management transfer, smoke alarm and pool compliance, owner portal access, photographer briefed.

Listing

Professional photography, floor plan, copy. Domain and realestate.com.au within seven days.

Leased

Two or three shortlisted applications presented. You decide. Lease, bond, condition report, keys.
